Discover Your Causes

Various mental health challenges are caused by multiple factors, including genetic vulnerability, environmental stressors, social pressures, and other spiritual and emotional challenges. It is pivotal to understand how these challenges impact your personality, actions, reactions, social care, and ultimately your mental health.

Understand Your Needs

As both children and adults, we, as people universally have certain mental health needs that remain constant throughout our lifespan. Some needs or dependencies are generally not elements that you are able to provide for yourself. They include: the need to belong, the need for affection, for emotional support, and the need to know oneself. Ultimately, it is this state of relying on others for love, affection, mothering, comfort, security, food, warmth, shelter, or protection that can allow us to live with our mental health challenges and various dependencies through passivity or submissiveness.

Embrace Your Resolutions

We, at New Therapy Perspectives, believe that the path to progress is measured by your understanding of your personal care challenges, your perceived social support available, your belief and engagement with your therapeutic alliance, and your motivation and pursuit of your remoralization change process.

Commit to Your Care

New Therapy Perspectives has established a system approach to complex, mental health therapy that is centered around the identification and sustainable management of potential life-long mental health challenges and dependencies. Our approach is implemented over a period custom to fit your needs involving weekly individual therapeutic sessions, intensive family therapy, and creative group therapy sessions. We provide a detailed assessment, evaluative techniques, and screenings to identify the origin of the issue and to measure the impact of the therapeutic alliance. We provide a safe space for both the rigorous exercise and the creative intention of all therapeutic processes. During each therapeutic session, you not only learn more about yourself; but you are also introduced to new ideas and perspectives you haven’t thought of before.

At New Therapy Perspectives we know that innovative therapy helps you to realize that you are not alone; it is a means to facilitate both giving and receiving support; it gives you a renewed voice; it provides a long-term safety net, and it helps you to relate to others in many healthy ways while working on yourself. Our program has the framework to improve mental health through therapeutic alliance, creative inspiration, the commitment to improved nutrition, and the science of movement.
